Keynote Speaker: Bruce Deel

Bruce is the Founder and CEO of City of Refuge, Inc., a non-profit organization focused on offering wrap around restorative services for the marginalized including individuals and families experiencing homelessness as well as survivors of sex trafficking and exploitation. For the past 25 years Bruce has led the organization as it impacts the Westside of Atlanta in one of Georgia’s most challenged neighborhoods. Services provided include a clinic offering medical, vision, dental and mental health services, residential programs, a private school and daycare as well as a workforce innovation hub providing employment training and placement.

Bruce serves on multiple non-profit boards and provides consulting services to churches, non-profits and NGO’s around the country.

Bruce has been married to his wife, Rhonda, for 35 years, they are the proud parents of 5 daughters and greatly enjoy their 9 grandchildren.
